Flowers are natural and perishable products. Variations in colour, size, shape, fragrance, and blooming stage may occur depending on seasonal availability and natural growing conditions. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Non-Refundable Situations

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before processing or dispatch. Once flowers have been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of products.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to remedies including replacement or refund where products fail to meet consumer guarantees.
