Delivery Coverage

Nivas Vibrant Petals currently offers delivery services to selected locations across Australia. Delivery availability may vary depending on delivery zones, product availability, courier accessibility, and seasonal demand. Customers are encouraged to check delivery availability during checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Availability may vary during festivals, peak seasonal periods, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and high-demand occasions. Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled Delivery

Customers may pre-book and schedule deliveries for weddings, festivals, poojas, religious ceremonies, corporate events, and special occasions. A preferred delivery date may be selected during checkout, subject to availability.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders within the selected delivery window where possible. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, courier delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, high order volumes, or remote delivery locations. Nivas Vibrant Petals is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, correct recipient details, and valid contact information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a safe location, the delivery partner may attempt re-delivery, or the customer may be contacted. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, unattended deliveries are made at the customer's risk where authorised.

Festival & Peak Season Delivery

During major festivals and peak periods, delivery demand may significantly increase. Customers are encouraged to place orders early, pre-book festival deliveries, and allow flexibility in delivery timing during peak seasons.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If you experience delivery-related issues including damaged flowers, incorrect deliveries, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
